Devine Alignment by Sapphire

      Devine Alignment is a small business/service specializing in Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing. All sessions are guided by the owner, Sapphire, whether in person or virtually. Guided by love to help others, her process of Reiki is done in a calm and meditative manner; to let the person experience healing and to let go of their worries — allowing clients to reconnect and revitalize themselves and to leave each session better than when they came.

My goal with this design was to create something that fit with the energy of the brand. Since Reiki is a form of energy healing, I wanted to make the logo type have a calm yet elegant feel to it. I wanted balanced synergy so the logo can speak what it’s intended. 

      In regards to color, incorporating a blue/sapphire color was a must in this design. Not only to coincide with the owners name, but to also give it an emotion of calmness/tranquility since the color blue is associated with those feelings. As such, these feelings are tantamount in dealing with energies and processes such as Reiki. 

      Lastly, I also incorporated type around the logo, to symbolize key words in what the brand does, specifically healing, reiki, and energy. In addition to this, 'By Sapphire' was added, to show who is the expert behind the work and who is helping one align themselves through Reiki.
